Create a professional, fully integrated line of LED lighting with this 20mm plaster-in aluminium LED profile. Designed for installation within plasterboard walls and ceilings, the profile features perforated plastering wings that allow it to be covered and blended into the surrounding finished surface.

Once installed and plastered, the aluminium body and mounting wings are concealed, leaving only the milky diffuser and illuminated opening visible. This produces a clean, modern and trimless architectural lighting effect.

Each profile is supplied in a 2 metre length with a removable milky diffuser and end caps. The internal channel measures approximately 20.7mm wide, making it suitable for a broad range of compatible LED strip lights.

Available in total lengths from 2 metres to 100 metres, making it suitable for domestic installations, property developments, retail fit-outs and larger commercial projects.

A plaster-in LED profile is designed to become part of the finished wall or ceiling rather than remaining visibly surface-mounted. The perforated wings are fixed to the plasterboard or prepared surface and then covered with suitable jointing compound or plaster.

After finishing and decoration, the aluminium wings are concealed and the visible result is a crisp, continuous line of light. The aluminium channel also supports the LED tape and helps transfer heat away from the strip.

Complete your installation with a compatible COB LED tape from Manningham Lighting & Electrical. The wide internal channel provides flexibility for different tape widths, but the dimensions of the LED strip, connectors and soldered joints must always be checked before installation.

Longer options are supplied as separate 2 metre lengths and are not supplied as one continuous piece.

1. Plan and mark the lighting position, cable route and profile alignment.
2. Prepare the required opening or installation area in the plasterboard wall or ceiling.
3. Cut the aluminium profile and diffuser to the required length using suitable tools.
4. Secure the perforated wings to the plasterboard or supporting structure.
5. Apply suitable jointing compound or plaster across the wings.
6. Allow the surface to dry, then sand and decorate.
7. Clean the internal aluminium channel before installing the LED tape.
8. Connect the LED tape to a compatible driver and controller where required.
9. Test the lighting before completing the installation.
10. Fit the diffuser and end caps after testing.

Important: Check all dimensions, LED tape widths and cable routes before cutting or plastering. Protect the internal channel from plaster, dust and decorating materials during installation.
