Description
24V Neutral White COB LED Strip Light – 4000K Natural White Dotless LED Tape
Upgrade your lighting with our professional-grade 24V Neutral White 4000K COB LED Strip Light. Designed using high-density chip-on-board LED technology, this flexible LED tape produces a smooth, continuous and virtually dotless line of bright natural-white light.
Unlike conventional LED strip lights where individual LED points can often be seen, COB LED tape creates a much more uniform lighting effect. This makes it ideal for visible installations, aluminium profiles, kitchen cabinets, shelving, display units, offices, workshops, retail environments and commercial lighting projects.
The balanced 4000K neutral white colour temperature provides clear visibility with a clean and natural appearance. It is ideal for everyday task, display and general lighting where neither a warm nor overly cool tone is desired.

Installation Advice
Before fitting the LED tape, ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, grease and moisture. Remove the protective backing and press the tape firmly into position.
For the best professional finish, protection and heat management, we recommend installing the strip inside a suitable aluminium LED profile .
This product requires a compatible 24V LED driver or power supply. The driver must be correctly rated for the total wattage of the installed tape. As the tape consumes 11W per metre, a 5m run uses approximately 55W and a 10m run uses approximately 110W.
We recommend allowing additional driver capacity rather than operating the power supply continuously at its maximum output. Longer LED strip runs may require power to be supplied at more than one point to reduce voltage drop and maintain consistent brightness.
Electrical connections should be completed using suitable COB LED strip connectors or correctly soldered cable joints. Always check the tape width, polarity and connector compatibility before installation.

FAQs
What is COB LED tape?
COB stands for chip on board. COB LED tape uses a high density of closely positioned LED chips to produce a smooth and continuous line of light, reducing the visible spotting associated with conventional LED strip lighting.
What does 4000K neutral white look like?
A 4000K colour temperature produces a clean, balanced and natural-white appearance. It sits between 3000K warm white and 6500K cold white, making it a versatile choice for domestic, retail, office and commercial lighting.
Where is 4000K LED strip normally used?
Neutral white 4000K LED strip is commonly used in kitchens, workshops, garages, offices, utility rooms, shops, stockrooms, display areas and other locations where a clean, balanced and natural white light is preferred.
Is 4000K the same as neutral white?
Yes. A 4000K colour temperature is commonly described as neutral white or natural white because it provides a clean, balanced light without appearing too warm or too cool.
Is this LED strip dotless?
The high-density COB construction creates a smooth and virtually dotless lighting effect. The final appearance may depend on the installation, viewing distance and the aluminium profile or diffuser being used.
Does this tape have a self-adhesive backing?
Yes. The tape is supplied with a 3M self-adhesive backing. Apply it to a clean, dry and smooth surface for the strongest adhesion.
Can this COB LED tape be fitted inside aluminium profile?
Yes. Installing the tape inside aluminium LED profile is recommended for a neat professional finish, additional protection and improved heat dissipation.
Do I need a 24V LED driver?
Yes. This product operates at 24V DC and must be connected to a compatible 24V constant-voltage LED driver or power supply. It must not be connected directly to a 230V mains supply.
How do I calculate the driver size?
Multiply the tape length by 11W. For example, 5m uses approximately 55W and 10m uses approximately 110W. Allow additional capacity rather than selecting a driver that will operate continuously at its maximum output.
Can this strip be cut to size?
COB LED tape should only be cut at the marked cutting points shown on the strip. Cutting anywhere else may damage the circuit.
Can I connect separate pieces together?
Yes. Separate sections may be joined using compatible COB LED strip connectors or soldered cable connections. Check the tape width and connector compatibility before ordering.
Is this LED strip suitable for outdoor use?
No. This version is rated IP20 and is intended for dry indoor locations. It should not be exposed to rain, moisture, condensation or wet areas.
Can I use one driver for a long run?
This depends on the total wattage, cable size, installation layout and driver capacity. Longer runs may require power injection at additional points to minimise voltage drop and maintain consistent brightness.
Can it be used for kitchen cabinet lighting?
Yes. This strip is suitable for kitchen under-cabinet and worktop lighting where a balanced neutral white effect is preferred.
What lengths are available?
Available options include 1m, 5m, 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m and 100m.
Does the listing include a driver, connectors or aluminium profile?
Unless specifically stated in the selected option, the listing is for the LED strip tape only. Drivers, connectors, cable and aluminium profiles are available separately.
